1. Products & Availability

We offer two types of products:

Bagels – Available for local pickup and delivery only (within the Mahone Bay - Tantallon area)
Branded T-Shirts – Available for shipping across Canada.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as provided at checkout.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Bagels can be picked up or delivered locally (within the Mahone Bay Area). You are responsible for providing an accurate address and being available during the agreed delivery time.
If no one is available to receive a delivery, your order may be left at the door at your own risk, or rescheduled with an additional fee.
Delivery schedules may vary based on order volume, weather, or availability.

4. Shipping

T-shirts and merchandise are shipped across Canada via third-party carriers.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our bagels, all food sales are final.
T-shirts may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, and text, is the property of Mahone Bagel and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

10. Allergy Disclaimer

At Mahone Bagel, we take food safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Ingredients & Allergen Information:

Our bagels are made in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including:

Wheat (gluten)
Eggs
Dairy (milk, cheese, butter)
Sesame seeds
Nuts and/or tree nuts (if applicable)
Soy

While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, all of our bagels are prepared in the same space and may contain traces of these allergens.

Customer Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists and allergen warnings before placing an order.
If you or someone consuming our products has a serious food allergy, we strongly recommend not consuming our bagels to avoid risk.
We do not assume liability for allergic reactions or food sensitivities.

Custom Orders:
