Refund Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to love what you order. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Bagels (Food Items)

All bagel sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on bagels once an order is placed.

 

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect items or a delivery problem), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email address] and we’ll do our best to make it right.

2. T-Shirts & Merchandise

If you’re not satisfied with your t-shirt or merchandise, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return Process:

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange, based on your preference.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
