We offer both local delivery and national shipping, depending on the product. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be fulfilled.

1. Bagels – Local Pickup & Delivery Only

Our fresh bagels are available for local customers only. We do not ship bagels by mail or courier.

✅ Pickup:

You can select free local pickup at checkout.
Pickup location: This will be updated every week
Pickup times will be arranged via email or text after your order is placed.

🚗 Local Delivery (Only available by special request at this time):

Delivery days and times are set each week and confirmed after ordering.
A flat delivery fee may apply depending on distance (shown at checkout).

📦 Note: If no one is available to receive the delivery, your order may be left at the door. We are not responsible for products left unattended.

2. T-Shirts & Merchandise – Shipping Across Canada

We ship t-shirts and branded merchandise to addresses anywhere in Canada.

Shipping Details:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Shipping times vary by location but typically take 3–10 business days once shipped.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates:

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be available on promotional orders or over a certain amount.

3. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Additional fees to reship returned orders due to undeliverable addresses
